- Shipping Time: After processing, your order is handed over to our trusted shipping partners. From there, delivery generally takes 7–10 business days (Monday through Saturday), depending on your location and the shipping carrier's service in your area.
- Estimated Delivery Window: The total estimated delivery time — from order placement to arrival at your doorstep — is usually between 9–15 business days.
- Shipping Fees: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee on most orders. Even better, orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Whether you're ordering one item or many, we strive to keep shipping affordable and transparent.
- Our Shipping Partners: To ensure your package arrives on time and in excellent condition, we partner with well-known and reliable carriers, including: USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and select local postal services depending on your region.
Important Information
- Delivery Regions: These estimated timelines apply only to orders shipped within the U.S. using standard delivery methods. Please note that remote or military areas may experience longer delivery times due to limited service availability.
- P.O. Boxes & Large Orders: We do not ship large or bulk orders to P.O. Boxes. These orders will be shipped separately in multiple packages for better handling and security. Please note: Free shipping does not apply to bulk orders sent to multiple addresses or special handling zones.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 5–7 business days for tracking information to become active. Carriers may need time to scan and update tracking data into their system. If tracking details remain unavailable after that period, don't worry — your package is likely still in transit. Please contact us for support.
- Address Accuracy: To avoid any shipping issues, please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Juxsell™ is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address input. We are also not liable for any packages that are redirected or forwarded after shipment — such changes may result in lost or damaged items, and unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for those situations.
