Cancellation & Modification

If you change your mind after placing an order, you may request to cancel or modify your order under the following conditions:

  • Within 2 hours of placing the order:
    You may request a cancellation or modification by submitting our support form, along with your order number and desired changes.
  • After 2 hours:
    The order is locked for processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.

Please note:
For personalized items, the order may be processed immediately after placement. We recommend double-checking all customization details before checkout. During holiday seasons, processing times may vary.

Free Replacement or Refund (Within 30 Days)

We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns for reasons such as change of mind, misuse, or incorrectly submitted personalization are not accepted.

If you experience any of the following issues within 30 days from the date of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly
  • You received the wrong item, design, or size
  • Your order was lost or not delivered, provided the shipping address was accurate

Please note:

  • In most cases, returns are not required to be physically shipped back. If a return is required, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We do not offer exchanges. Replacements are only provided for defective, damaged, or incorrect items as outlined above.

Cases Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for the following reasons:

  • The request is made more than 30 days after the date of purchase
  • You changed your mind or no longer want the item
  • The item was damaged due to improper use
  • The order contains incorrect customized details submitted by the customer

Return Shipping

In most eligible cases, a return is not required. However, if a return is requested, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Once your request is approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
